Registration fees are determined by the age a player will turn during 2025.
For youth and senior players, the registration fee includes club membership, Football Federation Australia and Football Tasmania fees, team nomination fee, ground and lighting hire, referee fees and club socks. A training kit is also provided to youth players.
Please note a minimum of 50% of the registration fee must be paid upfront before a registration is accepted and approved.

Ticket to play
Players aged between 5 and 18 years that are listed on a Centrelink Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card, may be eligible to receive two vouchers up to $100 each from the Tasmanian Government Ticket-to-Play sports voucher system that can be used towards the cost of club registration in 2024.
When registering online, players that have received two new Ticket-to-Play vouchers for 2025 are to select 1 or 2 vouchers as part of the registration. Please ensure the appropriate number of vouchers is added (1 or 2) and the correct voucher code. Vouchers from previous years cannot be used and if the wrong code is entered, the club will need to follow-up with players directly to get the correct code.

Olympia Skills Program
The Olympia Warriors FC Skills Program is a add on program for players in the U5 to U12 age groups.
The focus of the Program is to develop the four skills of striking the ball, first touch, 1v1 and running with the ball.
Training sessions are held during school terms at Empire Courier Park, Dampier Street Warrane.
